What can I say? I'm just a patina junky.
I'm trying to get to a manageable number of (mens) bikes and this little ugly Betty is still able to seduce me into taking her home.:banghead:
Yeah the chainguard was the big draw when I saw it.
I have an Evans Olympic with missing guard. Though it's not the correct one it may just end up there anyways...or on another build.
It looks like the rest will end up as parts for future Rats.
Seat looks good on Flyer rat I have, I dig the rusty fenders and wheels and once I free up the stem, the fork might have a better home too.
Good chain, chainring, bars and stand for the parts bin too.
Evans had a lot going for them when they got into the bike biz. Had GM's Harley Earl do some designing, and ended up with cool square fenders, and the Evanaction springer!
