Choppers US is having a sale on them. Looking at them I didn't realize they made a 3spd with a suicide shifter. Also different handlebars on these from what I've seen.

The chrome and blue one was the IBD model, I sold five of them and then couldn't get any more.You con tell the differance by the shifters.
