Well, I guess this qualifys as a "Fresh Find", but don't think I stole it. I did have to pay what it was worth, but isn't it pretty? :D

I have wanted one of these since I got into the old bike hobby a few years ago. It's a 1971 Manta Ray that is all original except for the missing rear slick, and incorrect bars, pedals, and chain. I have made a deal with another member to get a correct rear slick, so it will be one step closer to stock. I might just keep the tall bars on it, because they are better for me.

Also, the black lines on the seat are faded and there are a few very small holes in the seat. Other than that, it is in really nice shape. This is the only pic I have right now (it is what the pic the last owner sent me).

Jeez that is a sweet bike. Very high on my "want" list. I have one of the camelback 26" Speedsters in yellow I'm going to tide myself over with a few changes until an official one comes along.

The fact you got it with a seat is a huge plus.

Beautiful bike. Those bars look good to me. I would rather have it rideable than correct.

I like the bars too, but I think I have the correct short pair laying around if your interested.
