Picked this up yesterday. Armstrong bicycle. Made in England. 28" wheels. Rod brakes. More recent Schwinn leather seat. Singlespeed, not a three speed. Hub is Bayliss Wiley Co Ltd. Front tire made in Great Britain. Rear is a Goodyear.

I love this bike. But after I picked it up I found a hole under the top tube. Said hole and any suggestions to fix can be found in the How To section of this website!

I got an armstrong with rodbrakes in my yard right now all wrapped up in a tarp. yours may not be as old as mine, mines a 1945 I think i don'r remember the year, it's got the armstrong crank though maybe your crank was replaced., also show a pic of that hole.
