Old Caloi Mountain Bike - Junk it or keep it?

Picked up this old mountain bike when I bought the old tandem. I was about to strip this bike and junk it, but it looks like a decent frame and components. Is there anything special about this Caloi that should prevent me from junking it?

The fork looks a little whimpy..but the rest of it looks OK..is the frame..Light..? Might be worth cleaning up to ride it..!

Never heard of Caloi. Is the frame aluminum?

Thanks for the feedback. It is aluminum and fairly light (after I dumped the quart of rusty water that had been sitting in the frame). It's not my style of bike, so I stripped it down and I'm scrapping it. The BB is almost frozen.
