Old Holiday?

I bought this bike for 10 bucks and didn't know if anyone knew more about this make or not. The badge on the head tube says "Holiday" but i can't find anything of the web about it. It also says that it's BMA/6 certified. Thank you.

I'd pay ten clams for that!

On generic bikes,I compare the crank sprocket to more well known brands to get pointed in the right direction on identification.

I guess we can guess its a 1976 model year.

Holiday gas stations. i think i gave Hooch one like that, sorta - it was a Huffy long frame though.

sprocket is similiar to wetern flyer buzz bikes
so pics of them should match yours!

I just saw an AMF bike that has a similar sprocket.

that looks a lot like the amf i had in the 60s. the big cake frosting lokking welds stuck in my mind's eye. i did some gussets on mine in summer school, and the metal shop teacher pointed out the welds to the class. tig welds look so much nicer.
