Old Horn anyone?

So my wife has decided she wants an old AAAOOOOGAH type horn for her bike. Is there any such thing? If so does anyone here have one or know where to find one?

thats a tuff one, i know they made the awooooga! for cars and there electric. as far as a bike the closest i know would be the brass antique car horn you squeeze, HONK! sound?

They're called a "Klaxon" horn. Old ones come up on Ebay pretty often, but they can get pretty pricey if they're in good shape.

Fairly common on the bay, but really pricey. I wanted one but watched them sell for over 150.00. I belive there are different types, some for cars which operate w/ current or a plunger type which would work well on a bike.

Yep.. Klaxon would be the preferred brand. I got a real nice one that I think I paid close to $200 for with shipping... I think your best bet would be checking swap meets and such as they always seem to bring big bucks on eBay...
