old school BMX stem question

Does anyone have any info on this stem? I'm installing one just like it and never heard of Concord before.

Any info would be great.

The packaging looks on par with Team Cycle or Dorcy Cycle Products stuff. Very cool though.

Added:: http://bmxmuseum.com/bikes/concord/ they made bikes but none with that stem.
