Hey guys,

First time poster so sorry if this is the wrong forum.

Found this old Schwinn I want to buy but don't want to over pay. From my research its a 1975?? I have included pictures, hopefully they are working.

Thanks for any and all help!

Can anyone confirm or deny the year of this bike from the pic? Like I said thinkin 1975.

The guy selling it wants 60 bucks for it.

GOES FOR 150-200 HERE IN PHILLY. GET IT!! SWEET BIKE YA CAN'T GO WRONG. PEACE

I'd get it and ride it. Those older Schwinns have good chrome and paint. I'm always amazed at how well the original paint shines up. That one one looks like it's in great shape and had probably been ridden little. When people adjusted their handlebars that way (wrong) they usually didn't put many miles on the bike. I'll bet those are the original tires and they hold air.

For what its worth, within the past few months, I paid $50 for a Lime 1975 like that (no lights or fenders though) and $35 for a Sunset Orange '73, which had a Huret speedo on it. Your results may vary...
