72 or slightly newer would be my guess because of the reflectors in the spokes.Nice find. 8)

yep i agree with you thom the 60.s had a bracket from the chain guard that had clamped to the frame i beleave and the newer 70.zzzzz bolted to the rear drop outs or what ever its called nice bike no matter what year it is ..its still roleing

It looks to me as though there is a clamp on the front down tube. :? Pic's coming up smallish. :| I have '90's reflectors on my '70's bike :wink: Didn't they start using a tab with screwhole deal to attach the front of guard sometime around then? Your guess is as good as mine.

I get my old bike memories mixed up sometimes, If I had had to pick one year, it would have a toss-up between 69 and 72. :mrgreen: :lol:
Not quite the end of the 1-pc crank road bikes, either way.
