One spoke

I am missing one spoke from a wheel, and wondering if it should be replaced or is it ok?

35 out of 36 aint bad...it will never be missed.

I got a 12sp. rear with one gone.

It COULD be more trouble/$$$/time than its worth to replace one .50 cent spoke.
