i would say it is a bit on the high side just because they are pretty rough. but they are both rare and once you clean them up they will be nice bikes. the boys is killer and as far as ladies bikes go that is the one to have so i could go either way. i would say 300 for both is a good deal

No expert on the value of specific bikes, but I'd be inclined to agree w/karfer67. I've seen nearly perfect 50's bikes go as low as that. I know that certain rare examples can reach 4 figures, but those are typical dept. store bikes you are looking at.

thats a little bit nuts i think. owning an old rusty bike is cool, but its not $300 x 2 cool.
i'm sure one of the good folks here can help ya find a better deal.

post an ad,(kijiji craig's list) hit the pawn/antique stores, hell visit the dump and talk to the folks there. bribe em to keep an eye out for ya. (coffee & donuts go a long way.lol)

eventually you'll find that $20-$50 score and you'll wonder why ya even bothered shopping on the bay. :)

Another fine example of ebay gold. $350 for the pair would be alot, $200 would actually be reasonable. The bikes need everything redone. Seller won't likely care; he'll just wait for another sucker since he has nothing in them but storage. I see this crap all the time.
