Orange County Chopper Bicycle (Not Stingray?)

I came accross this today on my local CL. I have been looking for a chopper to canibalize for parts but I have never seen this style OCC chopper. Does anyone know what it is? Is it rare? I definately like the looks of this style vs. the stingray syle. The guy is asking $100 but will take $80. Is it a good deal? Thank you in advance for your help.

I haven't seen these before so I don't know, for $80 it's in looks to be in good shape, I'd buy it.
