Not really sure, but that short headtube looks kinda Elgin to me. But it could be a Huffman? Either way, it's SWEET!

F4=4th quarter of 1936.

some progress....looks to be A '36 Roadmaster
I'm thinking of trying to use some old BMX bars and cut'nweld them down to about a 4" rise.
Wheels are still where I'm lacking, although I should use that Morrow hub and lace it to something.......

Yes, you should. Ill be lacing an old hub to a newer rim too.

BTW, that fork is identical to my 36' CWC built Hawthorne.
Which I used to build Little Neutrino...
My frame is similar but not identical, with a New Departure hub.

Morrow Hub that date should be nickel. Pull it apart clean, grease they run very nice!

My pile'o parts is starting to get bigger, just trying to decide on the fork
I might save the original for a different build and go with a BMX style fork......fresh photos coming soon

Finally got the frame cleaned up and primed, found some old darts under 41 layers of paint
