Just found a sweet deal on a pair of Fat Franks. I'm sure I'll find something to put them on.

Got up kinda early and don't have to be at work till 2 so decided to hit the pawn shop and flea market found this kind of rough Cannondale bike sitting in the back room with $60 price tag on it got to looking at it front wheel is wrong entirely even the wrong size rear rim has a very slight quarter inch wobble side to side to it so I will probably replace the wheel set but for 45 bucks I'm happy

Just picked up this Haro F3 on trade. Going to upgrade to a 3 piece crank and turn and burn this one.

New rims, tires, tubes, and rim strips for the Cannondale. Looks so much better. I did reuse the original spoke protector plate and 5 speed cassette just to keep it as original as possible.

Got this old Trail Blazer badged bike today in trade for my Cannondale and Stranger things Predator 24 inch and some random parts. I think those fat franks I got are gonna go on this. Any ideas as to a year and maker on this???

similar to a C dale I've nearly finished, its a colab with my friend, its small so he put on a tall neck stem and I put on swept back bars that are a close match to the colour of the frame, chucked on some shimano pod shifters and avid levers, does your colour have a slight metallic colour and go from red on top to a more magenta hue as you look underneath?

Yeah the color was great. Not as metallic as some of today's bikes but a rich burgundy. Almost reminds me of the Dark Cherry Metallic they used on Chevy Impalas of the mid 90's. New owner loves it I saw him out riding it the other day

I ordered a new seat and grips for the trailblazer and I'm going to put the fat franks on it. When I finally get time off work anyway... 65 hour week before last, 50 hours last week, 50 hours this week, and scheduled 50 hours next week all with 2 days off. So I haven't had time to work on any bikes. .

On the brighter side I sold my Mini Twinn and I have 3 more sold tomorrow so I will have the space and money to fund my build off entry.

Just scored this little gem this morning on auction and I'm hoping it will fit the trike. If not I will make it fit.

It's Free it's for me! Saw this add on local Marketplace and went after work and grabbed it.

Do you see what I see??? Yes that's right a June of 1968 Coppertone Schwinn Panther! Even has the optional speedometer! Rear reflector is intact, chain guard is there, pretty much everything but the seat and wheels. Also had some other random parts and a girl's frame that I didn't take. Some random tools, a chain guard, a fork, another rusty Schwinn crank, and a brand new pair of fenders that were zip tied together. Score!

Spotted this JC Higgins at the local antique store and had to have it. Guy was there placing new inventory so he even delivered it to my storage unit for me. $100 well spent. I'll probably loose the basket, put a more period correct seat on it, and ride it till the wheels fall off.

2 more this morning at the junkyard. Nothing crazy but did pick up a very clean girl's Huffy Cranbrook that looks new but has a flat tire, and a Concord New Yorker touring bike with a 3 speed that will be a donor for my 1917 Columbia Arch-bar frame. I'll get pictures later but the Concord looks like this.

Another eBay score. Roadmaster Shockmaster fork. Hopefully it fits the roadmaster girl's bike I have if not it will go on my trike. These are one of the smoothest riding forks I have ever ridden. Have the same one on my Western Flyer Super and it rides like a Cadillac.

Got the new Fat Franks installed on the Trail Blazer and it made a huge difference in the look. Also threw on some black torpedo grips and swapped the seat for a newer and more comfortable but still look the part seat. I am in love with this bike now.

Also here's the Concord New Yorker I picked up. Already broken down for parts.

Got my fork today and it will not fit the Roadmaster as the steer tube is not long enough but it will fit my trike so the draggin' wagon has some new jewelry.

Also parted down the huffy girls' Cranbrook I picked up at the junkyard. Some decent wheels and tires then noticed these really cool bolt on fender tips. These will be reused on something.

Another one has followed me home... Saw this Western Flyer 24" on marketplace with some interesting spare parts so I messaged and a Benjamin later I'm loading this into my storage unit.... Sleep tight little buddy...

Also got a bracket for the engine kit that allows it to be mounted flat if I wanted to mount this on my trike or whatever...
