Just wanted to let yall know that we are planning to put our house on
the market next week and we're busy getting everything ready.

Thankfully the economy in the DFW area is still fairly strong.

I'll be around, just not as much as normal.

All the mods should be watching out as usual.

Best of luck Steve. It took me over 9 months to sell my last house and I ended up coming down 30 grand just to get rid of it. The market is really tough in Ohio, hopefully all goes well for you in Texas.

Wow...that would be rough.

Fortunately we don't have to move so if nobody offers what we want, we stay.

3 kids have us busting at the seams, but it's livable.
