Pacer retro BMX/Lowrider thing

Bought this little bike, i searched but could not find any info
should i restore it or mod it ? classic or crap-fix ?
i think it use to have some 22"or 24" wheels judging by the clearance it have on those 20" and i dont think the seat use to go on this bike ether

that looks to be some early 70s bmx you have there, they used banana seats for quite some time.. you know how the kids would race their muscle bikes :lol:
well for awhile some company's tried to make new frames with old parts or tech,... like a nanner seat..
seems all og to me, but then again.. im not fimilar with the company.. still just my 2 cents on that
