Packer/Shipper in Chicago?

I need to have a very nice and expensive bike shipped out of Chicago. The seller is not experienced at this. Does anyone have a referral or recommendation for someone in the Chicago area that is skilled and experienced at packing a vintage bicycle?

dougfisk had already had this taking care of by the time I Pm him.

But it turned out the bike was a block from my house!
