Weekend build project from harbor freight pallets and some old barn boards.
The base is a left over movers dolly from harbor freight.
It's going to the local bicycle coop for display for accessories or inner tubes.
I like working with harbor freight pallets. They sell light junk so their pallets are light too. The slats are 3/8" thick and once you learn the tricks of dismantling pallets, give a decent amount of wood to work with.
Main bins are held together with Gorilla glue and brads. The bins are held to the uprights with 1/4 carriage bolts.
Costs: movers dolly $15 on sale, $4 for the nuts & bolts. pallets and old barn boards (bin end pieces) free.
