So I was walking through the local swap meet today searching for vintage bikes/parts like I do every weekend, and I see a bunch of chrome up in the distance. I get a little closer and notice that there are about eight sets of new cruiser handlebars, apes and standard for really cheap. I walk into the area and am surrounded by more cruiser/lowrider parts than any shop in San Diego (my hometown). Everything from springers to kickstands to headsets to shimano wheels to Schwinn tanks and stickers was on display.
I think a tear came to my eye but I was wearing my glasses so no one noticed. There were twisted versions of just about any bike part you can think of as well as reflectors, brake parts and even some junk parts. Everything was at least 30% below retail anywhere else. I bought a $25 light for $15 and a $10 bell for $3.50.
I don't work for the guy, I'm just trying to let other SoCal residents know where to get great deals! The guy doesn't have a shop, so the only place to find his parts is at Kobey's Swap Meet in San Diego. He's only there on Sundays, twice a month. His next visit will be May 16.
If anyone wants to go check out his wares with me, just send me a PM.

I'm going to the swap meet here in San Diego this Sunday to buy some stuff from this vendor. His wares are really inexpensive (30% - 60% less) compared to shops and online sites, and tax is included in the price. Does anyone want to join me or have me price a part?
I saw most everything you would want for a lowrider, and many items for other style cruisers including: wheels, internal 3-speed wheels, seats, springers (bent and reg, all chrome), springer crown and spring assembly, handlebars, lights (bullet, teardrop), reflectors, kickstands, rear-wheel kickstands (double-sided), brake parts, and lots more. All of this stuff is NOS.
The only original items I saw were a couple of Schwinn tanks and several Schwinn stickers.

I'm heading to the Swap Meet tomorrow. Are there any parts that anyone is looking for? Most of this guys stuff is NOS, but I saw some old school Schwinn tanks last time.
I'm taking my camera with me and I'll post some photos tomorrow evening.
