Pasture rescued Murray

A friend brought me this Murray that has "been out to pasture" for 20 years that he knows about. It is frozen up solid, missing half of the handlebars, and no wheels. But the frame is solid. Any clue on the make or age? The only markings I have found are on the left drop-out: WG 3 809A.

I love the double top tube canti design.

WG3 = Gambles Hiawatha badged bike. I would say it's 65 or a little earlier. Kenny.
