I recently inquired about a non-Schwinn crank for a Schwinn from a guy here on RRB. His response was the threads are different. Meanwhile someone else read this and offered one they had. Ends up they don't want anything for the crank, just cover the cost of shipping. I'm thinking that was awfully nice. I get it today and it's spotless ready to use. I'm like Wow! This is really cool. At the same time another guy is interested in a chain guard I have. So what with the economy the way it is I'll just ship it out to this guy & he can just pay me the shipping. Pay it forward. Why not?
