Pedal Adapters- 1/2" to 9/16"

I searched the Forums for any info on pedal adapters... all the posts were looking for adapters that would reduce a 9/16" pedal to 1/2". These are available but very expensive. My problem was that I wanted to go the other way- 1/2" to 9/16" so I could use a repop set of Peason teardrop pedals with a 1/2" shaft on my 3 piece 9/16" cranks. Ebay occassionally has a set of 1/2' pedals with 9/16" adapters.......... for Eight Bucks! (plus shipping- $15). The set is called "Bell Universal Fit Comp Bicycle Pedals". If you do a search on either Ebay or the net, you should find these.

And for those of you looking for less expensive adapters that go from a 9/16" pedal to a 1/2" crank....

Walmart, I think the bell pedals have the adapters with them. If I'm thinking the right way. You have a one piece crank and you want to use the pedals for a 3 piece? Right?

Actually, I'm going from a 9/16" crank to a 1/2" pedal. In the Bell set, the pedal is 1/2" and the adapter converts it to 9/16".
