I don't blame him for local pick up only, how the heck would you ship that thing, a wood crate?
so is it a replica or a real movie bike? i would say that if it is the real thing that is cheap. but a replica or tribute no mater how nice is still not the real thing. sorta like a fake hemi cuda convertable. sure it is cool but it is not real.
I am just waiting for the 72 SS Monte Carlo ( they never made one) market to pick up... :lol:
It's a replica as stated in the description. The bike is described as being replicated better than the movie's bike.
As a side note, for $8000, I'd make sure to take pictures against a better background outside with the correct focus. Crappy pictures of what appears to be a beautiful bike.

True story, was living in West Palm Beach with my Aunt and Uncle, and needed a new pair of boots.(motorcycle) My Uncle and I was heading to this big leather store for a pair when we saw a bunch of Po-Po and Cameras. So we went to check out the hubbub and saw some scraggly looking dude being taken out in handcuffs. We go back next door, get the boots head back home and turn on the tube, and there we are in the back ground of Pee-Wee getting arrested! My Aunt wanted to know why we were at the Porn theater, but I think she believed us.
