Found this on FleaBay from a guy I've dealt with before whose is not too far from me. I know it's a fender mount Delta, no clue on year or model name. It has awesome patina on the paint. The original lens is complete and not fogged either. I fumbled around trying to open it, like previous torpedoes, only to figure out it's a front load light. Original bolts are present as well. What's the best way to clean the contacts?

The battery cage will come out if you take that front rivet out.

That's the only way I know to clean the negative end of the battery tray and switch.

I did it for a 1940 Schwinn and got the original light working.
