Persons seat and sissy bar original stingray?

My friend showed up with this last night any one have idea of age or what its off of. My first thought is original stingray any help would be great it does say persons on sissy bar . thanks

They used this seat and sissybar on early muscle bikes 63,64. The cover is a deluxe cover. They also sold this style seat and sissybar & highrise handlebars before they sold any muscle/highrise bikes. You would convert a 50's 20 inch boys bike.

Doesn't appear to be the early style tag, so I would say it's a mid to early 60s accessory seat. Probably bought in a box with the sissybar and possibly a reflector and hanger to add to a non banana seat bike or as a replacement. Good find. Might bring some decent money on ebay.
