persons seat anyone know how old this is?

so while i was cleaning out my parts pile, i came across this persons seat that had a different type of mount on it.
so, i figured i would turn to my fellow rat rod bikers and see if anyone can shed some light on how old it may be.
it is an old school diamond pattern seat however the mount is in resemblance of the banana seats .
so i am stumped and undecided if i should restore it or not. it is a persons seat and the pan is in good shape just a few tears in the pattern .
