Wow, pic #2 is winning by 100% so far. The first one was a little too small for me. Perfect size would be around 80% of pic #2 so I could see the whole bike on the screen at once.

Unofficially, I would like to change my vote to pic # 1. Officially, I can't, because I only get to vote once. New pic # 1 looks good.

What are you going to do with the pic? Make the pic size in between the two you have now. I think you should put in front of something lighter and take the pic from a 45 deg. so it shows more of the bike.

I will be taking pictures from various angles in daylight in the near future. That is about 1/3 of the original photo, taken in night vision. I'm trying to get a feel for what fits other people's monitors, vs. data space and resolution.

In that case, Pic 1 is about 5" shorter than the available screen on my monitor. Pic 2 is about 3" too tall.

depends on what computer i use....800x600 doesnt fit on mine(but will full screen when clicked on) but on my mother in laws it fits(even using firefox on both and the same size monitor :? )....id go for the bigger size

Yeah, I'd made an inquiry as to whether non-firefox users could click-window my large format pics in my build-off thread, but I didn't get any response.
