this is the bike im gonna keep at work for the occasional lunch ride or if i can use it for short/light deliverys and errands downtown where i work. ive posted "in progress" pics of it here somewhere but its easier to just start a new thread so here the descript and pics. the license plate on the handlebars was the plate my parents put on my first car when i was 16, a blue chevy nova 2 door hatchback. i built the bike around the license plate, and most of it was salvaged parts from free bikes. i paid for the pedals, the chain, and the water bottle, i paid for the disc on the back years ago and it is now retired from one of my gravity bikes. everything on it that is painted i painted (except for the license plate.) its got a pink chain, sparkly grips, and you can see the rest. its nice to have her down at the shop w/ me! fast eddie outty

Any details on that seatpost? I want to make a similar one for my Boardtracker.

that seat post is actually a section of the handle off an old excercise machine that i cut and painted for this use. i have several seat posts that i use on my gravity bikes, one on my lowrider, and the post that im using on my build off bike that are long bicycle seat posts that i've had bent at a machine shop, looks cool dont it! a very cheap mod too, im hoping to build a "rat bender" for my shop next summer! thanx for the compliments guys, nice to have a site where ppl appreciate ratting and rodding!
fast eddie outty
