Picture of a Cyclo shift lever

Hi ... i'm looking for a picture (or your comment) of a Cyclo shift lever from a 1953 ccm bike ..

when i got the bike it has a big screw wedge in it to hold the cable but i'm trying to find what it look like new so i can find something with a more original look ....

i'm using a little 13" monitor and can't see much detail, hopefully better with a larger monitor.

from what i just saw during cleaning the derailleur .... I think it's a lead plug melted with the cable in it ...

i have seen cable ends, small enough to fit in there. (i think)

My problem is that's not the cable end ..... the cable is doing a closed loop from the shifter and the derailleur ...

the two end of the cable are in a lead block at the derailleur closing the loop .... and at the shifter i need something to hold the cable on the lever ...
