for all us giys using the cheap pipe benders pretty interesting simple mod that he seems to get good results from. has any one else done some mods along this line to make life easier. if only i had the dollars to buy a madrel bender http://www.chopcult.com/forum/showthread.php?t=31901

grasscutta, that skull carved piston in your avatar is unreal. I carve wood but am trying to figure out how you'd carve aluminum? I want one! Gary

I wish I could lay claim to it but I didn't do that. But carving aluminium is very much the same as wood as just like wood it has a grain structure. Get your self a dremel or die grinder and you will be laughing

Good link, never could get good bends! Sold the pipe crusher!
Now maybe I consider my reality.....duh-me!


And grasscutta, I do lots of head porting, aluminum is my preference but it cuts like butter, mistakes are instantaneous!
Never thought of carving a piston, cool work!
