Got one side wire brushed and reassembled. Bike was originally red, whoever painted it green did a good job removing the og paint. Also got the stem wire brushed:

CARRIER TEST FIT:

Had to cut out one rib to accommodate the fender, seems to fit now.
Bracket on back of carrier is not attached yet, so front end is propped up.
How does it look?
