Ive searched the forums and pictures after pictures, but have not found one with all the same characteristics as this frame. I have only seen a few serial numbers online with two rows. This serial number is: 04 EH (on top) 49658 (on bottom). Thanks for the help!

1940 HP Snyder Built? Probably badged as a Montgomery Wards Hawthorne, or rollfast? Here's one that belonged to Bri-in-RI.

Looks like it must have had a round badge with horizontal holes. It could have been any number of hardware badges. To quote a different thread
