Jacob Hadcock is a 4y/o boy who is terminally ill with cancer and his doctors are saying that this will more than likely be his last Christmas. Walmart sponsors a program called Polar Express, which is kind of like the Make-A-Wish Foundation, and they received a wish from Jacob. His only wish was for people to send him Christmas cards. He is hoping that he can beat the world record. It's such a small thing to do to make a litle kid happy at Christmas. I got involved when someone told me and now I'm telling everyone i can and asking them to do the same. Please help Jacob this Christmas.
