Polish bicycle ID

trying to figure out what brand this bike could be for a friend. headbadge says UNIVERSAL acroos the top and MADE IN POLAND on the bottom of the badge but the center is worn off. (will post pic later) 24" lugged girls frame with box stripes, cottered crank, ss coaster. ive heard of TYLER bikes that came from Poland but not sire if this is one or not. probably just a hardware store bike from the 70's imo.

anybody know some Polish bike brand names from the 70's ?

My very first bike was a Tyler. I would LOVE to find another one for my daughter. The one I had came with a removable top bar to make it unisex.
