Just bought my first bmx cruiser, its Thehundreds Shadow Conspiracy bike, a collab with Subrosa being the chrome version of the Mallum, ordered some taller bars and going to fit a linger seatpost and more comfy seat, tried the brooks off my other bike so might get one in black but a cloud 9 seat is being considered as i will ride all day and have back and coccyx problems so every bike is painful to ride.View attachment 166103View attachment 166104View attachment 166105
I have never seen one of these before, but it's awesome. Love the twin tube design, and chrome is always a winner!

Bars and grips swapped over looks way better, more to come.

Awesome bike mate, enjoy it. Black brooks b67 would look killer on it and comfy. I have one on my kos. I’ve found tilting the seat up at the front a little with a brooks works better. I have a crook back too.

Ordered a selle Royal respiro seat for it, had that same brooks on my old Electra Rallysport, 40 milers with no pain but have brooks on all my bikes and take some wearing in and my coccyx cannot take it so trying something different.

Oh and currently in hospital with suspected heart attack yesterday, might need open heart surgery as my aortic valve is kaput so fingers crossed i pull through and ride again in the future.

I wish you all the best too. Lost my dad 25 years ago to a heart attack at the age of 72. He was slowing down but he thought it was just age. He hit the ground and never got up.

14 years ago a good mate of mine was told he needed his valve replaced but refused to go into hospital. He could barely breathe. I told him he had the opportunity to get himself sorted my dad didn’t. My wife who worked in research at a hospital got him in quickly for the operation. He is now 72 the same age my dad was when he passed and going strong.

Once again all the best.

I burned some time over the weekend during our latest lockdown rebuilding my late model Heavy Duty.

I used most of the parts from my avenger with the exception of the headset and shims. The HD has a 1 1/8” fork so to use the SE fork I had to use a shim kit in the head tube and a headset with 30mm cups. I also fitted the 90’s dia-compe moto style levers i recently bought on ebay.

This is the third rebuild of this bike since i bought it 4 years ago. I pretty sure i’m done now.

3rd rebuild with 7 speed nexus, thumb shifter, cromoly 3 piece cranks, bmx stem, Electra attitude bar, alloy nitto seat post, SE forks and dia-compe moto levers. I’ll be hitting the local river trail on this one as soon as we are free to move more than 5km from home.
