Prayers needed

My buddy Jerry had an accident at work tonight. He fell 15' head first and landed on the concrete floor. He was not breathing and bleeding from the ears when EMS took him to the hospital. He is currently in an induced coma and on a respirator. He went in for a CT scan about 3 hours ago to determine the extent of his injuries. Still waiting on the results.

Just got word that he is hanging on, but the doctors are not optimistic. His heart is racing and they cannot control. The family has come in to say their goodbyes since he is not expected to make it through the night.

Man, my heart goes out to him, his familiy and his work buddies.
I've been in that situation myself and lost co-workers to at-work accidents, it's tough.....
He's in my thoughts and prayers.

My last post was a bit premature, I guess. Bad info... Still with us for now, but the docs say he won't last through the day.

I just spoke with a friend who is with the family. The machines are all that are keeping him with us. They are just waiting while they find recipients for his organs.
