That has to be a typo. They put the decimal too far to the right.

i have 2 of those but they are for a girls bike but they dont have the monark insert hard to tell if thats a boys but it looks like it needs to have a better side view

The monark head tube shroud. Somebody must tell him that is not from 1947. Monark started to use this in the 50's.

Oh, and also tell him that he is way off on the price!

I think it was new for '48. And they only used it on Monark badged bikes. That seller is a shop up in WI, and the owner's a collector. They list bikes all the time, some with overinflated prices. And they charge $150 for shipping! I think it's a case of not really wanting to sell anything. That is a boy's shroud, the girl's has a steep angle on the 'V' part behind the headtube hole. I bought a very nice girls' shroud on ebay a couple years back for $10. -Adam
