Pudge asked the question and I went and took detailed pictures for future reference it will make it easier for everyone. Chain side requires a green No turn washer and left side (brake arm side) requires a Lt. Blue No turn washer. I bought a parts kit from a Bike Warehouse that has all the washers and parts to put a hub on a bike. Each set of No turn washers is labeled R or L for right or left. I believe that the Right Lt Blue is on the left side and the Left Green is on the Right side. Hope that makes sense. I realize that only one no turn washer is required but due to the axle having a little bit of play in the dropout I took no chances and installed two. This application was further modified with a skip tooth cog (every other tooth ground off of an even # of teeth cog) to keep the vintage feel and allow the use of a skip tooth front sprocket and chain. Here are the pics.

Man, where is that "Good Guy" thread that I used to see somewhere in here? YesHoney (Joe) needs his own page! Joe, thanks very much for your info. As you know I've been searching for help with my project and your info is so right on. I hate when my build stalls, especially for something so small as a couple of painted washers! Now I'm back on track thanks to your info. Once again, this site has proven to be a huge help to me. My thanks go out to all of you.
