It looks like some generic or aftermarket parts. i.e., the rack and springer fork. It depends on the market in your area. In my area it would be tough to get $50 for it. You just need to find the right person I guess. A couple years ago I couldn't get $30 for a 30's mens Western Flyer with a very unusual skiptooth chainring and a good chain. In fact the bike was almost ridable. Today, I got $20 for a girls muscle bike with rusted out wheels, cracked tires, no seat, no handlebars. The muscle bike is nothing rare, especially compared to a prewar bike like the WF. But if the right person comes along...
