Question about my RRB control panel?

Half of the time when I reply to a PM that someone has sent me it shows up in my "out box" instead of my "sent box"! I am wondering if my replys are still gonna reach the person or not? If they all were ending up in my "out box" I would say I was doing something wrong, but it's only half the time.
Does anybody know what might be going on here?

Right.

An added plus is that you know when or if your message was read. If it's in the sent folder, they've read it. If not, it will stay in the outbox until they open it. Saves a lot of uncertainty.
