What is the fattest tire that will fit in a spaceliner frame?

have a set of bada** 26 2.125 and they just clear on one of mine sorry for the bad news

with out mods to the frame 2.125 is the biggest....were you thinking of keeping the stock clearance? :?: :?:

what if you have 24s on the rear tire is it the same answer?

I was kinda hoping I could go really fat in back. I'd like to keep it stock tolerance if at all possible but I do own a welder so anything is possible.

My Spaceliner Klunker has 26 x 2 20 mountain bike tires but it was rubbing the frame.

ask skipton hes got a huge tire on a 24 n it fills up the fender nice

I have just done some pre-checking on my Spaceliner frame, that I haven't build up yet and I would say 26" x 2.125, although I have not tried a 24". It is defiantly a middle weight frame.............not what I would classify as a ballooner
