quick and cheap tail light

I took one of the fresh finds lights and combined it with a 9volt battery, a toggle switch,some wire, rope "casing", and a Leatherman Tool holder and got this:

Pretty bright and snaps on and off rack.

Wow i got light that looks like yours, i put an L.E.D in mine and stuck it on the back of my motor bike. Verry cool lookin set up you got there.

genius! i like it! if you dont want to sacrifice your leatherman case, u could probably use one of those cheap cell phone cases from the dollar store.

OK, now that's just cool and MacGyver at the same time!
Here's a crappy cell phone pic of the one I'm building. It's an old battery terminal cleaner, gutted it, drilled out the bottom, awaiting a 9-LED flashlight from the bay to be stuffed inside. Thinking about getting some sort of red 'jewel' or maybe a 'blue dot' to glue on the back for that 'Hot Rod' look.
