A buddy at work needed some wheels and i had this to offer up

But he couldn't handle riding a ladies bike so it got a little surgury

the frame geometry didn't really change, hopefully this doesn't disqualify me

originally it was going to be just like that with some paint to cover welds, but i didin't have the tan i thought i had. starting digging and found a half can of flat black....PERFECT!

a couple coats and let it dry, put it together. Done!

but something was just not right so i went out and got some red.

i built this in a week, two weeks ago. then i remembered this site and the build off.

if i didn't stay in the rules i don't care, i built it, i posted it that's all i wanted to do.
and the dude loved it, i got some beers!!

Any time you get beers for a bike, that's cool.
Like you said, it's not within the rules, but it is still a cool bike.

Most bikes I build don't fit the rules either, I entered to see if I could make something nice within the guidelines.

There's a place on Ratrodsbikes for rule followers and rule breakers!

this bike was stolen recently, bummer
