cleaning up the phantom, ride it for a bit and either sell it or trade it, right now im still trying to figure the bike out completely, its a BF Goodrich Phantom (the badge is different and the tank has a little different paint scheme on it from the normal schwinns) serial says its a 55 but the fork looks like the later style so im just trying to figure out whats been swapped around on it if anything. Dont know what to do with the monark, bought it to likely part out but like any bike new bike find ive got ideas running through my head of another ratrod rider. :lol:

The bikes serial says its a 55, but the bike has what i believe is a later style fork, anybody know if this fork should be on a 55 ???

i'd go with Gary on that , my ''49'' and ''50'' both have the earlier style while the 53 i had , sported the newer springer like yours , Great find , i never get tired of lookin at phantoms !
