Raleigh Rampar?

Gang, what's the word on the Raleigh Rampar R6 from the 1970s? Fellow has one for sale nearby for a mere fifty bucks. As you can see, it suffers no shortage of curb-appeal, but I'd never even heard of these bikes until a few moments ago. Worth the money?
(I'm not so sure that's the proper saddle--shud be the same as the Chopper bucket, no?)

look like a nice bike if you are looking for a rider. Not collectible though.

That's what I needed to hear. Too tiny for me to ride comfortably, so I'll pass. I missed my chance at a $75 Screamer 1, complete & rideable, a few years back--when I see an unfamiliar muscle bike, I get anxious.
