Rare Tire ?

Sometimes you just take a chance, I bid on this ebay special, even though the picture looked like it was a black tire, but it was described as blueish/greenish with a gold stripe...and its nos with the powder still on it. Obviously that's one of those environmentally friendly tires, probably made from sea weed or tofu
