Ratsurrection

Ratsurrection started out as a 70' something Schwinn Racer. After drooling over the amazing boardtrack racer style bikes that some of ya'll have built, I decided I had to do one of my own. My goal was to build one that was fun to ride without spending any money, and I was actually able to build this bike entirely out of stuff I already had. The finished bike rides better than I had dared to imagine, and it hauls buttocks. I just have to remember that I have toe clip style pedals when I stop...I already forgot once. :shock:

Once again, after looking at all the other build-off bikes I am amazed at the skills on this board. Great bikes everyone!

Mark, they are 26 X 1.50 IRC Metros, and they're about 10 years old. I originally put them on my mtn. bike for doing long distance training rides, but I'm extremely lazy when it comes to training so they hardly ever got used.
