Finally starting a little project (I've been reading posts but not logging in so my old account expired

I'll start a thread in Bike Builds but I've just got a really quick, rather silly, question:
I'm planning to spray a fairly big man's diamond-frame and forks with (predictably) flat or satin black using rattle cans, can anyone give me an educated guess as to how much to buy?
Sorry to quiz you on my first post with this account but I've got use of a car tomorrow so I want to grab some bits while I can.
