I have plenty of material just aint sure what direction I wanna go.

Looks like a ton of bikes and parts were posted for sale today.

I think I am all set to go but of course I am on the lookout for parts as always. I never know what the build is headed towards until the bike pushes me to follow its lead. This year is going to be fun! I cannot wait to see all of the amazing creations

I got my frame just before Christmas, this will be my 3rd build off, in the first I built a '76, in the second I built a '56, so what year frame will I be using this year?

Yup.

As far as other parts, I've got wheels, will likely build a fork, would like to have an old skinny leather saddle (Brooks style), but most of the parts are in the shop.

"Murder 36"

That's right, I'm taking my 1936 frame, wrapping it in aluminum foil, then duct tape, then spraying it all flat black!

I'm currently planning on using this bike:

And this headlight:

The rest is a bit foggy. Maybe Higgins skirts, a banana seat, and 24x3 tires - its all up in the air. I'm thinking of possibly using this fog light as a tail light:

I suspect that a bunch of people's raw material looks like this right now.

from the first round of the Electra sale! :D

I was thinking the same thing about the Elecrtra parts, unfortunately, some of us don't have pockets full of blow money so once again, I'm just working with what I've got or find.

Yes, short on cash myself, I may have to modify the frame I have instead of buying the frame I want

I have a Bratz frame here at the house if you need another (this is the frame with the rear fender that is built into the frame.)

If you post a picture of a bunny now, you are doomed!

You know, instead of stretching the front of my frame, I could buy a frame that is too long to begin with and shorten it if that helps. All I am trying to do is make the frame fit where the tire is going to be. So it's a tire related problem really.

Just scale down your rider to make the wheels look bigger.
